Freedom Legacy Lending is a direct private money lender for real estate investors, based in Irvine, California.
We built Freedom Legacy around a simple idea: investors should work directly with the lender, get clear terms, and close on time.
Every borrower and broker gets their own portal to submit, track and fund deals, and works directly with our lending team from first call to closing. We fund fix and flip, DSCR rental, bridge, portfolio and ground up construction loans on 1 to 4 unit properties across most of the country.

Founder & Direct Lender
Nate has spent more than 15 years in commercial lending and is the author of Unlocking Wealth. He founded Freedom Legacy Lending to give investors direct access to the lender and clear, fast funding.
Director of Broker Relations
Judith leads our broker program, helping broker and referral partners get set up, submit transactions and get them funded. She brings 23 years as a licensed California real estate broker and holds the GRI designation.
